How To Easily Install and Uninstall Our Accessories

Many of the Sacramento Garden Trellis Accessories have a unique way of attaching to your EMT garden trellis. The “dovetail” attachment snugs the accessory to the EMT as you slide it on.

How to Install Our Accessories

The attachments only operate in one direction, so locate the direction of the dovetails before attempting to attach to the trellis. The “slots” on the front piece and the “wedges” on the back piece need to face the same direction. Make sure that both wedges are secure in their slots after assembly.

First, squeeze the front and the back pieces to fit snugly against the EMT then slide the pieces together. Make sure both wedges are seated in their slots.

How to Remove Our Accessories

To remove one of our accessories from your trellis, just give it a gentle tap-tap with a hammer on the top of the back piece. The back piece where the hammer taps is designed to be slightly raised above the front piece.

How to Permanently Attach Our Accessories

Our accessories were design to be easy to attach and detach as needed as your garden requires; however, there will be times when you want a permanent solution or a very strong attachment to the EMT. That is why each accessory comes with a hole in the back piece so you can secure the accessory with a self tapping screw.
