Refunds and Warranty Policy

This Refunds and Warranty Policy applies to purchases made from Sacramento Garden Trellis, operated by Midplane Designs LLC, doing business as Sacramento Garden Trellis (“we,” “us,” “our”).

Policy Related to Items Sold on the “Accessories” Page
Summary: You can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked, and no return is required. After 30 days, products are provided as-is, except where required by law.
1.1) 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy (No Return Required)
We offer an unlimited, no-questions-asked return and refund policy within 30 days of delivery (the “Refund Period”).
If an item is lost in transit, arrives damaged or defective, or simply is not what you expected, you may request a refund during the Refund Period.
No return required: Customers are not required to return the item. Return shipping adds unnecessary cost and environmental impact. Thanks to on-demand 3D printing, it is often more sustainable for items to be kept, repurposed, or gifted instead of shipped back.
How to request a refund: Email info@sacgardentrellis.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and a brief description. For lost, damaged, or defective items, we may request photos and basic details to help us improve quality and packaging, but we will not require a return shipment.
Refund timing: Once the order is canceled, a full refund will be issued promptly to the original payment method.
1.2) Warranty Disclaimer (After the 30-Day Period)
Except as prohibited by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
During the first 30 days after delivery, your remedy is the refund policy above. After the Refund Period, products remain provided as-is except where applicable law requires otherwise.
1.3) Notes About 3D-Printed Products
Because products are 3D-printed, minor cosmetic variations may occur, including layer lines, small surface differences, and slight color variation. These do not affect function and are not considered defects.
1.4) Outdoor Use, UV Exposure, and Normal Wear
Our products are designed for garden and outdoor use, but sunlight (UV), heat, moisture, soil contact, chemicals, including fertilizers and pesticides, and general wear can cause color fading, surface changes, and reduced strength or flexibility over time. The rate of change depends on your climate, placement, and use.
These effects are considered normal wear and are not defects.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you have any concerns within 30 days of delivery, contact info@sacgardentrellis.com and we will take care of you under our refund policy.
2) Policy Related to Items Sold on the “Goods” Page
Summary: Goods sold on the “Goods” page are made to order. If a Printful-fulfilled item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to provide a refund or other appropriate resolution. After 30 days, products are provided as-is, except where required by law.
2.1) Printful Fulfillment Policy
Some products sold by Sacramento Garden Trellis, including apparel, tote bags, mugs, and other printed goods, may be manufactured and shipped by Printful.
These items are made to order. Because of that, slight variations in print placement, color, texture, size, or material may occur and are not considered defects. Colors may also appear differently in person than on screen due to monitor settings and production variation.
If a Printful-fulfilled item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at info@sacgardentrellis.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible. We may request photos to document the issue and help process the claim.
We handle customer service directly. Customers should contact Sacramento Garden Trellis, not Printful, for refund or issue resolution.
Because these items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, color preference, or similar reasons, except as required by law. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within the 30-day period, we will work with you to provide a refund or other appropriate resolution.
